When I press the EPG button the programmes displayed only go from 700 to 804. I can only therefore record programmes in advance by using the Timers option, which, apart from being a slower method, results in the programmes coming up in the Recordings Library with just the channel and the date - no programme title or info.

Iv had my box for 3 months and now it will not record and iv lost all my library what can I do ?
Recorder is very slow warming up.
I have lost all epg lists except bbc1 also the channel change arrows stopped working at the same time .How can I retrieve them
Unit says it can't record as there is no room on the disk, however the disk is empty.

since plugging the box in 3 dys ago.....i woke this morning and the box will not turn on......it is stuck on standby.......i have unplugged and plugged back in still no joy!
There is a message appeared on screen saying cannot schedule recording. There is already timer at the same time on this channel.
Recordings saved to the library on one day and apparently OK, have disappeared the next day after the machine has been switched off over night

Solution 1: Have solved this by doing a first-time installation - menu, settings (the spanner icon),installation then first time installation.
