How do i stop series recordings
A very simple action that I can't find an answer to; how do I cancel or stop a current recording
have just bought a goodmans digital recorder GD11FVRST50 installed it, can get all tv stations thru the recorder but when it is put on standby cannot pick up any stations on the tv message comes up no signal -any ideas what is wrong
What does the reserved part in the library mean? It looks like that’s what recording time I have left but then says next to it “remaining” 190 odd hours left I don’t understand it!
My gv 102zrh seems to have stopped recording new programs, but the ones on series link still record perfect. It says 80% remaining. I have switched off overnight, but no difference

tried to set up the freeview followed instructions but when i wanted to record something it just comes up with recording device initializing what does this mean?
Trying to set recording on channel 46 at 6.00 am and 6.45 am. 6.45 recording set, but will not set for 6.00 recording. Weird. I have tried moving channel 46 with the channel organiser but it still will not set to record. gd11fvrsd50

I have somehow reset my factory defaults (0000 and 1234) for my 500GB Freeview+ SD Digital TV Recorder/

and forgotten new password,

Have lost sound on my tv. Goodmans GD11FVRSD and Toshiba tv any ideas please?
BBC channels keep freezing and when I try to re-set channels it says reset manually and there is only an auto reset. Set top box is new. Aerial is ok .
The television keeps crashing when a mobile phone is used I took the aerial out of the box and put it directly into the tv and that worked perfect I have tried two different scart cables both still causing the same problem there is no hdmi socket in the goodmans box so I can't work out if the problem is the box or the cable any ideas
I have retuned my Goodmans GD11FVZS1 following the 3 September 2014 Freeview update. Since then I can only control it for a few seconds after unplugging the mains, then putting the plug in again. I can use any control on the remote (no controls on the box itself) for only a few seconds, then control freezes, but the programme that is on will carry on indefinitely. To regain control, I have to pull the mains plug. It seems to have accepted the new channel allocations.
new set top digital set top box GDG18FVZS2,,,,,,,all channels work except bbc channels which either freeze or cant change channels ,,got in touch with goodmans they said it was faulty ,,,but i only bought this one because the Bush set top box had done the same froze on the same channels ,,,whats up

Solution 1: if you want to stop a series recording. go to program that is set and delete
it

Solution 1: Press the 'guide' button & scroll (up or down) to the item ur recording. Az u know, there will be a red circle with an R on it, just press the 'record' button on ur remote & it shud say, 'stop recording' ... press OK - problem solved (hopefully) lol. Happy viewing, xx

Solution 1: You have to fit aerial splitter to the "RF IN" socket on back of DTR. Then connect a lead from the splitter to the TV. In effect you then have separate leads to DTR and TV and you will be able to watch TV when DTR is on standby.

Solution 1: Reserve part in library is recordings waiting to record, ie part of a series recording later.
Remaining is the recording time left on hard drive. On my HDD information bar the reserved part is shaded 'yellow' used, 'red' remaining, 'green
